 CAPE COAST, GHANA NEWS

I will help my son, Issac, set up a microbusiness cooperative. It will teach needed  business skills that empower the people to self sufficiency !!!

HYBASIA INC.'s  FIRST BROTHER

My son Issac has adopted a son, Shadrack.  His father recently died and left his mother with seven other mouths to feed.  Shadrack went to the city to find work to help his mom feed his siblings.  Issac heard of  his plight and traveled to the Village to meet his mother.  He decided to adopt Shadrack, with his mother's approval.

Now Shadrack is in school because Issac paid his school fees.  Shadrack is doing very well in school and helps his grandmother with chores at the house.  Issac's grandmother is helping him to raise Shadrack as well.

I met Issac in an internet cafe, in 2005 and adopted me. He has called me Mum ever since that day. He showed me around the city and introduced me to expats from the U.S.A.  He needed help with his school tuition so I helped him.  I am so proud of him.

He has his own businesses now and is doing very well. He is a loving and compassionate brother.

He  has hired teachers in Cape Coast to teach after school tutorials for poor children.  He also believes that we are our Brothers' Sisters' keepers.

HELPING YOUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN AFRICA INC. did well to have him as the first Brother that was helped in Africa !

He is "Paying it Forward" as in the book by Catherine Ryan Hyde.  Isaac is not aware of the book but he is copying me.

( I have modeled / copied Rev. Martin and Mother Theresa and the Catholic nuns at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in  Galveston, Tx. The sisters taught me how to serve others and love it. ( by their example )
